The monthly rate includes all utilities such as electric, heat, water, garbage removal, 24 hour security.  In addition, an intercom system connects directly to the lobby front desk for added security.

Support services -- laundry, housekeeping, assistance with medications, and meals in the dining room -- are available to apartment residents at an optional affordable fee.  Apartment residents enjoy all the scheduled activities,  transportation services  and attractive common areas of Saint Francis.  All apartments have an established Entry Fee.
